New Items

The last week, I have been able to get back to sewing.  I took a slight break when I needed to complete some wedding plans (flowers, marriage licenses and wedding ring re-sized. Check!) along with participating in Phobia IV Art Show sponsored by Clash Consignment.

It has been nice getting back to making things. I was able to tweak my clutch pattern a little to make it prettier and have more space inside. I also made 2 Tunic style tops that will soon be up in the shop as Made to Order!

Phobia IV Art Show – Wrap Up

On Friday April 13,2012; I participated in a fun art show (my first art show), Phobia IV. The theme was to come up with a phobia of your choice and make something to represent the phobia.  It was a fun night of meeting more local artists and the crowd that poured in was amazing! A huge thank you to Clash Consignment and Mary Kathryn for putting on this show!

I totally plan on getting in on another one, so much fun and a great way to get out and support the talent in Dayton.

I was able to snap a few pictures of some of the pieces that were on display, I apologize that I didn’t get all of them. There were so many and people started pouring in and I didn’t want to stop anyone from looking at the amazing work.

Clash Fashion Show and After Party

Saturday April 28,2012 @ 9PM!

Head to Clash Consignment at 113 E. Third St. Dayton,Oh 45402, Open Noon – 6PM ; Thur. – Sat to get your pre sale ticket!

A limited amount of pre sale tickets will be available at Clash Consignments for $7 each. This will include a seat along the runway during the show, a raffle ticket for a gift basket, and entry to the after party.

There is a $10 cover charge at the door if you do not have a ticket. If you are not able to make the show and can come later, the cover is only $5 for the after party.

Clash Consignment Co. presents our first fashion show.
Held at Aquarius on Saturday, April 28th. Doors open to the public at 8:30pm and the show will start at 9pm.

All items in the show are either vintage or handmade and are examples of things that you can find at Clash. Everything in the show is for sale directly after the event along with fashion related items made by several local artisans.

The runway show is downstairs and the after party will be held immediately after on both levels.
