This past weekend, the first (hopefully) annual Dayton Crafty-Con was held! It was such a great night with so many talented artisans.
I couldn’t have asked for a better end to 2011, the only thing that really bummed me out about this year is being laid off. That was a huge blow but ended up being a blessing in disguise. It made me get off my butt and make it happen, instead of sitting and waiting for it to happen.
Dayton Flea Market was the last show for the year for me. It was kind of a disappointment, but a great learning experience.
I shared a booth with my sister and owner of Soft Shell Body Shop. Also got to sit next to some other extremely talented artists! and parents! Heather Lea Reid and ETCH, These two are such awesome people! And their baby girl, what can I say except I smiled, so huge every time I saw her! Such a cutie!
Handmade Holidays, is an amazing outlet for local and independent merchants to sell their products. This year, I submitted an application and am going to be a vendor!
